What is Kilometre Zero?

Kilomètre Zéro is an independent craft microbrewery located at 39 Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth in Paris's 3rd arrondissement, a stone's throw from République. We brew our beers on site and offer seasonal home-cooked food in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Our microbrewery in Paris's 3rd arrondissement is located at 39 Rue Notre Dame de Nazareth, 75003 Paris. We are ideally situated:

• A 2-minute walk from the République underground station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11)

• 5 minutes from the Arts et Métiers metro station (lines 3, 11)

Do you really brew your beers on site?

Absolutely! We are a real microbrewery that brews its beers directly on our premises in Paris. You can even see our vats from the dining room! Our small, passionate team masters the entire brewing process, from selecting the raw ingredients to putting the beer in barrels.

What styles of craft beer do you offer?

We offer a wide range of craft beers with a focus on quality and experimentation:

• IPA, Pale Ale and other hoppy beers

What is your famous "Potager Series"?

Our Potager Series is our pride and joy! These are experimental craft beers brewed with seasonal fruits and vegetables, often sourced locally. We have already created beers with beetroot, rhubarb, watermelon... It's our way of reinventing Parisian craft beer by focusing on short supply chains and creativity.

Do you offer food service?

Yes! We are a bar-restaurant offering homemade cuisine to share. Our menu focuses on:

Do your dishes go well with your beers?

Absolutely! Our cuisine is designed to complement our craft beers. We love advising our customers on food and beer pairings. For example, our IPA goes perfectly with our charcuterie boards, while our Potager Series beers reveal surprising flavours when paired with our vegetarian dishes.

What are your opening hours?

We are open:

• Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm or 5pm (see opening hours on the website or Google) 

• Open on Sundays from 3pm to 10pm

• Closed on Mondays

Do we need to book?

To be sure of getting a table in our République bar, we recommend booking, especially:

• On Friday and Saturday evenings
